From first contact to finish, my whole experience was quite pleasant, efficient, and professional. Thank you Lauren for educating me on hardware used, large enclosure options, and anything else I had a question on. The installation crew did a solid job, and it took them much less time than I thought it would. They were very thorough on knowledge transfer such as maintenance, their maintenance offerings, and how to work the new motorized screen enclosure. The electricians they partner with are fantastic as well. I have to say the stainless steel hardware used vs. plastic is a game-changer. My neighbor has plastic hardware and it’s already yellowing, and will eventually break due to our brutal FL heat and humidity. I opt for quality, even if it costs a little more up front, and I don’t have to repair/replace cheaper options available over time. Thank you for saving my back from having to install panels every time we get a storm!

Wonderful company all around. We started with Van coming out to do the initial estimate for our bahama shutters and he was very thorough and kind when explaining how the process works and which windows were priced the way they were. Then I got in touch with Carson who answered my EVERY question without hesitation and in an amazing timely manner. He also came out to my mother’s house twice because she was indecisive on which shutters she wanted so he took the time to do two different estimates for her (free of charge). We spoke with Sharon in the office a few times and she was extremely helpful with a sweet voice who made you feel at ease when making payments and scheduling the estimate. Lastly, Brandon and his install crew (I did not get their names) were beyond professional when speaking with me, cleaning up the mess that comes with install and were VERY quick yet thorough in their work. Not to mention they show you how easy it is to put down your shutters when a storm is coming with adds such a peace-of-mind when preparing for a hurricane. Overall an incredible company with the best prices in Brevard (we got multiple estimates and AGP is the best by far). Will definitely be using them for future homes and recommending them to anyone who needs hurricane protection! Thanks guys!
