The installers showed up on time. They did a professional A+ job! Shutters were clean and no mess/debris was left anywhere. They explained how to maintance and operate the shutters as we had two different types installed on house. They are attractive and will also keep the sun out if we choose to close them completely. The installers were quick and knew exactly what they were doing. I would recommend them all the way from the salesperson, office staff and installers were all polite and extremely professional. If you need shutters; check them out.

I made a big error not calling to inform BSA that the bolts were frozen on my shutters within one year, also to let them know the ballistic fabric did not fit on the bolts they installed. Again my fault waiting 3 years. FYI when these items were installed no one showed me how to use them, there were no instructions for maintenance or use. Thus I did not know I had to take bolts out every 6 months and grease them. Again my issue for not immediately following up. Called for warranty to fix problems was told may be considered maintenance and warranty and the charge is $220 per hour. I agreed. The fabrics' poor installation/workmanship was fixed under warranty but I was left with lots of new hopes in my house that were not painted to match. The frozen bolts I was charged to fix and was told it was because I did not maintain the bolts. How would I know this if they did not tell me at the time of installation of shutters. This could have been resolved if they would have followed through on the promised to call me before billing. Always be careful even when buying from a reputable company, there are times they will let you down. DISAPPOINTED about no follow up. THIS WAS RESOLVED TO MY STATISFACTION, BSA SPLIT THE BILL WITH ME, WHICH IS ACCEPTABLE, CONSIDERING HOW LONG i TOOK TO CALL.

My shutters were installed yesterday. The work was done right on time and the workers were very polite and showed great care with their install. The office staff and communication was outstanding. I would highly recommend this service.

BS&A Team was very helpful, friendly and professional. They made the selection process easy and we're looking forward to our new hurricane screens. Darren was great and made it easy.
