Karen was very quick and professional to help us out with our water system at our new Loxahatchee property. Lowell from Clear Water came out within a few hours of my initial call to evaluate our system. He was very thorough in his assessment and suggested certain fixes and upgrades.
Thinking we were going to have to wait weeks for getting it all done, we were surprised to hear that they would be back then next morning to do all the work required.
Lowell and Chad showed up early the next day and completed the necessary work and didn’t leave any mess. The price quoted was well within other quotes and there were no surprise charges. In fact we were given a few extras at no charge.

The follow up service was just as quick and proficient.
Lowell and Aladdin came out to chlorinate and flush the whole water system and pipes giving us clean water and pipes.
We highly recommend Clear Choice for all your water system needs. We will not hesitate to keep using their services in the future.

Called multiple times asking about my salt delivery nobody could give me a straight answer after they took my money over the phone now I can't get an answer. Called back asked for the manager and same lady that picks up the phone told me he was busy and in a meeting so I asked for his name and she hung up on me.
Don't buy from this place.

This is Great water company, I have used them at 2 of my houses and both came out beautiful. There whole team is very professional and knowledgeable. Me and my husband actually stopped him in the side of the road servicing someone else’s system so we pulled the car right up beside him and spoke with the technician Lowell, what I nice young man he is, he was very polite and answered all of our questions, so we told him we would like someone to come check out our system, and he said to give him our address and he would stop over after this job.. we’ll he did, and he was there within the hr. And my husband had already talked to another water company earlier in the week who came out and gave us an estimate and told us we needed equipment that we didn’t really even need..our technician Lowell saved us some money and we got exactly what we needed, just perfectly clear blue water! No more red stains in the sinks and toilets.. we did used to have a another water company servicing our system, I won’t use any names, but we weren’t happy at all with the service.. since having our new systems installed we signed up to have CLEAR CHOICE do our monthly services.. honestly we couldn’t be happier

Beware, this company scammed me out of almost $600. My system has failed Jupiter Labs three times (out $380) Ted, from Clear Choice said that he needs to chlorinated my lines and changed my carbon ($465). I paid it. The second test, it failed again. He then said that my well needs to be chlorinated ($90). Ted meet Jupiter Labs to open the well for them days later. It failed for the third time. Now, I have Florida Dept. of Health contacting me. Thank God, I have all my receipts and text messages from this company and Ted. Now, I had a another company went out there to look into this. This is what happen, when Ted changed the Carbon, the clock was stuck, so no chlorine was going through the system. Also you can see in the pictures Ted didn't open the well, but he charged me for it. He even wanted to charge me $795 for a UV light. The problem was he didn't service it at all or not right. He even was charging me for my filter. Look at the filter, it has never been clean or replaced. He went to that property 5 times and he couldn't figure the right solution? This company just wanted to keep on charging me service calls and to chlorinate the lines. When they changed the carbon, they should of check the clock to make sure if the system cycles work. If they did, they would have saw that it was stuck and the system is not being chlorinated. I don't understand why the charge me for extra chlorine if the clock was seized. They have agreed to give me back $465 (haven't got it yet). I want them to pay for all three test that it failed and they said no.
