I had a fantastic experience working with Julian from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. Julian came out within a day of my request for a quote, arrived on time, and was completely professional. After testing my water, he clearly explained what was needed and patiently answered all of my many many questions. His customer service was exceptional! He even stopped by on the day of installation to check in and make sure everything went smoothly.
Aaron, who installed the system, was equally wonderful. He arrived on time, was friendly and understanding about my barking dogs, and did an excellent job with the installation.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and highly recommend Atlantic Filtration. I’ll definitely be using them again when I move in the future!

See all on Google ↗I had an independent plumber install an under the counter water filter system which he purchased from Atlantic Filter. After a year, when filter needed to be replaced, I purchased a filter replacement from them, and called to set up a service call to replace the filter. They asked for a picture of the installed filter system to make sure I had purchased the correct filter replacement. Upon review of the picture, it was determined that when the independant plumber installed the filter system it caused a kink in the hose. However, a service call was scheduled. They stood me up. No show, no call. I called my son for assistance. He repositioned the filter system by moving bracket over about an inch which straightened out the hose, replaced the filter and all it cost me was a $20 lunch. Because of Atlantic Filter's irresponsibility, I avoided a $100 plus service. charge.
Jamie and his team at Atlantic Filter are a pleasure to work with! Water quality is amazing, I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to improve their drinking water.
