I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Soft Water Techs of Palm Beach! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Their online appointment system made scheduling a breeze, and the installation of my new water conditioning unit went perfectly. Rod, the technician, was incredibly kind and thorough—he walked me through every detail and made sure I understood how everything worked. The difference in my water is amazing already!

Never had any issues with there service until now. I was quoted by there technician for a simple repair for around $300 then that bill turn into nearly $800 dollars for some yearly cleaning in the middle of the year that I never asked for or was quoted for after they was done . I guess they know my financial situation and assumed we are best of friends to make that decision for me. I guess they desperately need the money for them to over charge me and take advantage of a loyal customer for way over a year

We spoke to multiple companies and did extensive research before picking a company to install a water filtration system for our home. In an industry filled with scam artists and predatory sales tactics Soft Water Techs set themselves apart by being honest and straightforward about the system from the get go.
We are very happy with the service provided and the installation looks and works great. Within a few weeks we have absolutely noticed the difference in our RO drinking water and the whole home water filtration.

We were referred by a family friend to Soft Water Techs, we were just curious to see how clean or dirty our water system is. So Mr. Rob came out to check our water it wasn’t crazy bad but it wasn’t GREAT! Now that we’ve had the system for over a month I can tell you this, The water tastes so different, there’s no aftertaste. Me and My family are enjoying our soft water system. This system makes a big difference on your skin. Mrs Ali came out a few weeks later to test the water again just to make sure everything is on the right path. We received our warranty paperwork our login and etc. Check your water people , you will be very surprised on what you find.
