From start to finish, Simple Water did an amazing job. Nathan and Sebastian were professional and answered any questions we had throughout the process. Sebastian did a excellent work on the installation of our under-sink and filtration system, and we are really pleased with the results. You are getting a system that wort your every bucks spent and not ridiculously over price. Great job fellows would recommend 100%!
Sebastian and Nathan did an amazing job. They came to our condo unit at Nautilus 220 and put a reverse osmosis water system into my condo utility closet to clean the water. They also put a filter under my kitchen sink and it a matching faucet in. Great job Simple Water. We are enjoying our much improved water supply.

I had a critical issue with my water system on New Year’s Eve, and Nathan from Simple Water Service came out to help. A lizard had somehow gotten stuck inside my pressure switch and completely disabled the system, but Nathan showed up on time, professional, and ready to work.
Nathan didn’t rush, and he took the time to answer all my questions. He got the system working again and made sure everything was functioning safely and correctly before he left.
What impressed me most was his honesty, expertise, and customer care, he didn’t try to sell me unnecessary parts or services. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with great service, especially on a holiday.

Very happy with my new systems! Nathan came for my quote. Very knowledgeable, explained everything, answered all my questions. Got my appt. for install within 2 weeks. Sebastian and James came for my install. Also, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. After install, they cleaned any mess made!
