Caner Impact Windows and Doors

We just had our front door installed by Caner, and we absolutely LOVE it!!! Francisco, Andrei and the rest of the Caner crew are great to deal with. We highly recommend these guys for their service and professionalism. There was not one single issue when dealing with them which is not the case nowadays especially when it comes to any construction work. Thank you guys, and we are happy to recommend you to anyone. Outstanding service! Caner was contracted to install a new front door. The installation crew arrived exactly on time and proceeded to install a robust dust and debris barrier - work to remove the existing door and install the replacement proceeded from there. We were impressed with this company and the installation crew - professional, courteous, and worked non-stop. Installation was completed well before we expected and the crew went to incredible lengths to clean the job site, remove all debris, and insure we were happy! Overall fantastic experience, Caner has earned our highest recommendations!!

Our windows are in. They are done and they work. After installation, I pointed out that one of the ballast was not secured. I was hoping that the gentleman that I pointed them out to would convey the information to the finish team so that it could be repaired prior to completion. The inspector came they checked out with inspection. The inspector told me that something wasn’t quite right with the one window. It needs to be adjusted when they came in to finish the windows. We were having difficulty closing them and locking them. Francesco, open and Closed the window to show how easy they were to close and lock. Much to his surprise, the one that the ballasts I pointed out that wasn’t correct broke. They promptly ordered a new part and came and repaired the window. We were still having trouble, locking one of the windows, and I pointed it out that it was not level. So they came and reinstalled it and made it perfect. I will give them kudos for the fact that they went above and beyond. to make everything right. so with that said, I would highly recommend this company. Because their service is awesome . My new windows are beautiful And they work perfectly. Thanks to the diligence of Francesco!

Caner is fantastic! We have a 4th floor condo end unit and replaced 7 windows and 2 sliders to hurricane windows/ sliders. Francisco is absolutely great. Caner did a wonderful job from start to finish. Workers were very professional and conscientious. Put up ceiling to floor plastic and furniture/floor coverings to insure the dust from the work was contained as much as possible. Removed and reinstalled blinds. Moved furniture and cleaned up beautifully. There was a mistake made on the original quote (in my favor) but they honored it. A very honorable and trustworthy organization. They worked with our HOA requirements very well. They had to modify a few things from the original plan like raise the sill on the lanaii by half an inch. I also got bids that were higher because they suggested windows had to be installed from the outside using a crane. Caner installs from the inside. Get a bid from Caner ... they are top-notch and you will be happy with the results. Our windows/ doors look great. I am ansolutely thrilled with the results.
