I have roll down shutters that were installed probably in 1992. Hurricane Safe has been my go to several times for repairs. Last week I had a shutter that wouldn't go up. They fixed it even tho the parts needed had to be fitted because my shutters are quite old. Bruce was diligent and determined to get the repair done. I am grateful for this company.
I had Hurricane Safe install my shutters and screens 4.5 years ago. Anytime I have an issue, which is rare, they are very responsive. The gentleman who came out this last time, Mike, was very helpful. He explained to me what I wasn't understanding about raising and lowering my screens until I got it. He worked diligently to ensure my screens were running smoothly. The owner, Waylon, followed up with a text to make sure I was happy with the service I received. Excellent customer service and good business practice. I highly recommend Hurricane Safe.
I had Kevlar roll-down screens installed on the back lanai and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. Waylon the owner was very attentive during the sale and always easy to reach. Steve came out for the final measure and did a great job. The install team was easy to work with and cleaned up after they finished. Overall a really good experience and I’ll be referring them to my neighbors. Thanks guy!
This company install shutters at my home in 2020 according to the office help. Very poor installation. In 2024 one shutter needed repair would not go down and charged $399 and a year later 2025 same issue and there is no guarantee with their repair work. The owner of the company doesn’t know what is going on. I called the office and was told the shutters were installed by Hurricane Safe Shutters in 2020. He stated a repair was done 2025 before I purchased this home. I purchased this home in June 2024. Office help said they do not keep invoices on repairs, but I have the invoice. 🧐. I never heard of a company not keeping invoices. I do not trust this company!

Hurricane Safe installed electric roll-downs (6) on my lanai, as well as accordion shutters on the rest of the house. I have only required service/repair on one of the shutters in 6 years. From scheduling the service, through the repair process, they kept me well informed and were prompt, professional, and courteous. Prices were fair, and they followed up to make certain I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend them (and I have)!
