Great company to work with! While there were some unforeseen delays during the installation, Tiffany did a great job of minimizing the impact and getting the job done as quickly as possible. Tiffany is very accessible (I usually reach out via email), and she is always quick to respond. Great experience! I highly recommend Storm Shutter Warehouse!!!
Used them for back lanai . They were great. Called yesterday morning to get a price on having windows done. Was advised by reception Sydney would call me back right away for when she would be in area. No call back. Meanwhile two other companies have come out within 24 hours to give me a bid. Guess my potential business isn't worth the time
Great service personnel that took care of us back when Hurricane Ian hit. They cut our storm shutters to fit our new paved pool deck to the right size. Unfortunately my husband measured wrong on 3, & they cut more off to the right size at no charge. Preparing for Hurricane season is no joke with costs. So grateful for businesses like them that take the time to take care of their customers again!🙏
Visited our FMB third floor condo today to check out Ian damage. Opened the door and the SSW shutters kept everything safe and dry. Highly recommend. Our condo in the picture is third floor where the shutters are slightly raised to let in breeze and light. Steve
Storm Shutter Warehouse recently installed hurricane fabric screens on our lanai. This company is excellent! The installation team was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They even brought a wet/dry vac and cleaned up after the installation. The coordination between the office, installers, delivery driver and electrician was flawless. The office made sure the installers knew what the job was and the office made sure the delivery driver brought the correct screens to the job site on time. The electrician was here the next day to complete the electrical work. The screens look and work great!
We had a significant amount of damage from Ian that required several different companies to work at our home over the past year to either repair or replace what was damaged. We decided to add the hurricane screens on our lanai to mitigate damage from future hurricanes. We can say that none of the other companies (such as pool cage, pavers, and dock companies) we worked with came close to the quality and customer service that Tiffany and her team at Storm Shutter Warehouse provided.
