Storm Smart Showroom - Fort Myers

We recently had a Storm Smart Roll Down Screen installed on our lanai. The entire process was flawless. Donna Smith came to our house and provided us with screen color options, trim options and provided excellent information for our screen. The gentleman who came out and measured and the crew who came to install were excellent. They did the job right the first time and cleaned up after. They also spent time showing us how to operate our screen. The install was way ahead of schedule and we couldn’t be happier. Donna came back to check everything and provided additional info on caring for our screen. We would highly recommend this Storm Smart location for any work you want done.

We had a storm screen put in today.
Its started with great customer service with Derek the sales rep..Well it only got better we had Terry and Bailey as our installers and let me tell you they both were amazing, superior knowledge on installing and personable. We so enjoyed every bit of them and storm smart from day 1

My experience was fabulous. The company was great to work with. My young lady Donna whom came to my home showed me videos and pictures, she was incredibly helpful and full of information for my questions. The people whom call you for appointments were wonderful and accommodating. The installers were wonderful explaining how to use and sending me a video. My experience was an A+. I hope we never have to use, but I feel better knowing we have this preparation to use. Thank you to all at Storm Smart.

So here's the thing, it's a 5 star experience IF you end up having zero problems with your install. As you'll see in other reviews, if you have any sort of problem or need them to come back out because something isn't quite right, the whole process breaks down. It's like pulling teeth getting them to come back out and none of the people/departments talk to one another. Have to explain the same thing over and over to the salesman, the accountant, and the front office rep, etc. And all the while this is happening they will try to send your account to collections lol. And the funny thing is, everyone at the company is so nice and professional, it's just that there is no communication happening with anyone. They don't have a process setup to deal with customers after that initial meeting and install. This is a leadership/management failure. I did end up getting my one window issue fixed in the end, but it was close to a whole year before they did it. And zero communication with me throughout. I thought they had given up and left me like a cold ex lol

Worst company ever!!
I own a condo on Ft Myers beach Florida but I live on Long Island NY. So I purchased storm shutters from storm smart and it was a problem from the start. Problems started with delayed installation ect.
But the best part is now the storm shutters are not rolling up and down properly.
So after leaving countless phone messages I have an appointment March 19 for the“service men “ to look and listen. 165.00.
Note I’m on the 5th floor the shutters are hung on the outside of my unit
Then I was informed remind you, my Shutter is a two years old that I have to pay for a lift if something is wrong for them to fix the problem. The cost of the lift is between three and $500!! Storm smart will not budge on this and their product is two years old. Please do not make the same mistake I did and use Storm smart . Find another Shutter Company in the area.
