BWP completed a minor structural repair and a full re-screen of my pool enclosure. Sandra was very courteous and professional, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work done by Carlos and his crew. They showed up on time each day and completed the job in 2 days. The quality of the work is outstanding. Highly recommended.
$1,614 Water Bill — “Beyond Our Control”
We received a $1,614 water bill after water ran for approximately a week following this company’s service visit.
We only learned about the issue about a month later, when the city sent the bill. We were not notified at the time that anything had gone wrong.
In their written response, the company stated the water was not “intentionally left running” and that a hose timer “failed and did not shut off as intended,” calling it “beyond our control.” However, this means their process relies on a low-cost hose timer with no follow-up or verification.
If that timer fails at any other pools they service, homeowners could likewise be left facing thousands of dollars in unexpected utility charges, with no accountability offered.
That is not an acceptable risk. Proceed with caution.

Blue Water Pools (Sandra and team) were fantastic to work with! They replaced my pool pump and were able to come out the very next day. The installer, Christian, was efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind from beginning to end. The whole process was seamless. What really stood out is that they are certified and licensed, which you don’t often find — it gave me peace of mind knowing the work was done right. Highly recommend!
Blue Water Pools Services did a fabulous job on the start up of our pool. Danny is professional and very knowledgeable. Our water is crystal clear. We will be using Blue Water to continue to maintain our pool. I highly recommend them!
Came home from visiting family to our pool being green. Our previous pool service was supposedly servicing once a week. After repeated problems with them, we canceled them.
