Our take
Originally built as Pelican Landing Apartments, this Feather Sound community converted to condominiums years ago and is now marketed for rent as The Club at Feathersound. Units are owned individually and re-rented, so availability and unit condition shift over time, but the location — tucked against Feather Sound Country Club near Old Tampa Bay — is one of the few rental options that actually sits inside the Feather Sound CDP boundary rather than in neighboring Clearwater proper.
