Woerner Landscape Source

Woerner's charges 2% credit card fee (edited as I mistakenly said 4% previously) so make sure you have cash!! I'm a repeat customer and DIYer/weekend warrior type that does not have large chunks of time to work in the garden. I generally go to Woerner's for individual pieces of sod. I have purchased as few as 3 and as many as 20 pieces. They carry a palisade zoysia that works well for me and they load it in my car, which is nice because I'm not always dressed in my work clothes. In the spring I will also get a truck load or two of mulch. I feel like their quality and customer service is higher than big box stores. I have purchased their plants and shrubs on occasion and the folks who work there are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I also appreciate that Woener's focuses on landscaping that works in Pensacola FL. Definitely recommend.

Several idle employees but no customer service.

Closes for lunch so they make you wait until they finish their lunch break before they will check you out. Wanted to buy pallets of hardscape. Waited in line and was told to go around the corner to talk to manager. Waited for him finish his lunch break but took too long so I went to the other register again and the line was even longer. Cashier told me to go around the corner again. Eventually, I just gave up and started asking the numerous employees standing outside if they could check me out. They again just told me to keep waiting. Manager said the delay was because everyone was out to lunch...I was just so fed up that Im going to take my business back to Home Depot & Lowes. This is not run like a Mom & Pop place anymore. Its just a franchise.

They need to update their business hours to show that they are closed at lunchtime.

I was impressed with how knowledgeable the gentleman I talked to was. Great selection or indoor and outdoor plants. All kinds of sod and stone pavers. They are also pet friendly with some pet items and bbq’s inside. Cool place to checkout with reasonable prices.

Buyer beware! Do NOT purchase sod through Woerner! We purchased six pallets of centipede and all six looked very, very bad. One of the pallets has been absolutely destroyed and a total of four of the pallets have little to NO green grass on them whatsoever.

We gave Woerner an opportunity to make this right as all of our friends were telling us that there is no way a company would place their stamp of approval on such abysmal product. Their response was nothing short of alarming.

They instructed us to put down the sod anyway and just keep on watering it. They said that they would only replace the pieces that were still dead after two weeks! I'm guessing they are not the ones who will be pulling up four pallets of sod and putting the new sod down, if they even honor their word! Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with Woerner Landscape again. Don't take my word for it. Look at the pictures.

Recently moved to Pensacola and needed some help getting my tropical paradise plant porch going, and the folks at Woerner were the absolute best. They turned me on to some great cheap starters that have now filled up my porch with greenery. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful and they will be getting all my plant business.
