Absolutely 5 star service! From estimate with Troy to the finished job! We had them cut down a dead pecan tree, prune and thin out 8 crepe myrtle trees, thin-out our two bamboo thickets and trim down the overhang along our driveway. 6 members on the job and every single worker was kind, diligent and cared about the meticulous job done! They did everything to make sure we were satisfied before they left! Thank you so much! Recently purchased our home and we were referred to you by another customer! Great job! Do not recommend and they do not care for wildlife. Saw them almost put a bird nest straight into the chipper until I stopped them. Half the tree was gone and they said they didn’t know if any thing was in the nest, which is also illegal under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (as you need to check the nest to make sure it’s inactive before removing the tree).

I had some trees removed by them in my backyard. My neighbor asked them to trim his palm trees and instead of diving there big heavy machine through his front yard they drove through mine twice leaving huge ruts in my yard. I asked them to take money off since they messed it up and they wouldn’t. I now have to spend another couple hundred dollars on dirt and time to fill it in. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FIX WHAT THEY MEES UP😡😡

I was recommended to call Jacque the owner to have a few large palms trimmed. Troy the Forman was very helpful and polite when he came out for the quote. When scheduling I informed them that I just had new sod laid and I had a concern about the heavy palm leaves hitting the gutters. They assured me they were putting down pads and would avoid both. They came out and I expressed my concern again. The supervisor said to avoid all of that they would take each leaf and drop it in the driveway. Not 5 minutes later I am alerted by palm leafs slamming into my gutters. I look outside and leaves are hanging off of the gutters and coming down on the new sod. I told them to stop immediately, charge me for the work they had done and leave. Troy came out to the site and scolded them for not following his and my instructions and I let them proceed. After all was done I was not happy because on one of the palms still looked jagged and raggedy. They were packed up and ready to leave and said I would have had to pay to have the boots cleaned up to make it look nice. That would have been nice to know in the beginning. It’s really sad that I have to have another tree service finish this job.

I'm leaving the review because I had to have your crew come back because they didn't fonthe job like the quote. After the crew having to come back and do the job correct like you stated this was 2022 right at 2 years and look at the picture. Do you think the job was done right?
