I own a registered nursery. Purchased several hundred dollars worth of plants from here, and the 9 mile location. More than 10 large hanging baskets of different variety. Over 20 4" pots of different variety, and many other plants. After getting them home and organized with our current inventory we found a mealybug on one of the plants we were prepping for propagations, which triggered us to check the rest of the plants we had purchased. EVERY single plant we brough home had mealybugs. Since we operate as a nursery we took initiative with the infested plants, began pruning and treating; since we did not want this problem to spread. We stayed up late that night, and the next day called the nursery to see what could be done about this. The employees were nice and understanding but unable to resolve this matter, so we had to speak with a manager, Zack.
Zack was rude and dismissive about everything. He was only willing to offer a full refund if we returned the plants so they could treat them. When we informed him we had taken initiative to do this ourselves, since we operate our own nursery, his reply was "why would you do that before calling us?"
First and foremost, it was past operating hours of this business so that option was off the table regardless. He continued to argue with us about why we would have done that, what have we done about the pests, and went as far as minimizing our problems because our nursery is not as large as his. He continued his trivialization and spoke downwards on us asking things like "Well what should I do?" in reference to handling his pest problem. He remained defensive and dismissive the entire conversation, only willing to offer a refund if the plants we have already treated and pruned were returned. It cost hundreds of dollars just in supplies to treat this infestation, continuous labor, and put my business at a halt indefinitely. I cannot sell any of these plants with a clear mind know what damage has been done to my business due to their negligence and unwillingness to seek resolve.

We get our trees flocked every year at PSG! It’s a beauty! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! They even deliver it to our house in the stand and place it in the house where we want it. This is our 5th year having a flocked tree and I love it! I’ve always had a natural tree and don’t plan on changing that any time soon so we will be back again next year! PSG is the only place that does flocking in the area! Once you go flocked, you’ll never go back! I highly recommend them for Christmas trees and so many other plants and trees! Everything is so healthy from them!

They've got some good selections stored inside some greenhouses. Can't wait to stop by again throughout the seasons.

Loved the warm feeling and beautiful plants. The koi pond was amazing and so peaceful. They have minimal fruit and vegetables on hand. Very beautiful and will definately be going back. Thank you for assisting me. Loved the variety and the ambiance.

I have always loved this nursery I can spend hours here looking and reading the different types of plants, trees & herbs but this passed week when I went there (Feb) so many plants didn’t have price or species I hope this is fixed I really love going there but I don’t like having to use google to find out what type of plant I’m looking at don’t like having to walk up front to ask how much something is then going back if I don’t want to buy it. I passed on so many plants due to no signage I spent an hour reading all the different rose varieties they have in stock so many different fragrances I ended up with another Chantilly Fire tails for my friend’s birthday and some wonderful Dune sunflowers the folks that work at this store are so sweet and helpful.
