Ricardo and his team were wonderful! Not only did they do excellent work, they were friendly and pleasant and seemed like a very happy team. We love how our new windows have made a huge difference to the look of our house, and even more we love how they keep the heat of the sun, and the road noise out. The team did a superb job. They arrived a few hours earlier than expected which 8 really appreciated. A clean job was done and the team cleaned up afterwards. My plan is to have other window installed, along with a door, and possibly a skylight for which I would contact Window World again.

The installation team was outstanding. They installed 3 windows and 3 sliding glass door in our condo. They were very attentive to to the smallest detail and politely answered every question that we had. When they finished (in one day) everything was perfect. They gave us a thorough explanation of the operation of the doors and windows (they do more than just open and close) and details of the warrantee, the inspection process and the follow-up after inspection.
This installation team is an asset to Window World.
