Ray, Quinn, Johnny and Logan from Dovi Windows, worked on removing a four panel sliding glass door along with the framework. The original framework was not installed correctly by the contractor which made it difficult for the slidering glass door to work properly. Over the two day project, the crew was able to correct the deficiencies and install the new framework. The sliding glass door now works properly.

After reading countless reviews and receiving estimates from three window installers, we decided to go with The Window Store to replace all of our home’s windows with impact windows. The owner, Ryan Yaffe, goes out of his way to ensure the process from estimate to install is seamless and the customer is pleased and valued. His customer service skills are exceptional. Joe and Zach did an absolutely incredible job completing the installation with excellence, professionalism, respect, and kindness. Joe took the time and care to demonstrate and educate me on how to properly care for our new windows. These guys believe in their product and are highly skilled and experienced at installation. They took the care to ensure the work areas were protected before install and cleaned afterwards. We are extremely pleased with the result. This turned out even better than we expected, visually and in the overall feel of our home. Our electricity cost has already lowered as well! This is the company to go with.
The service was outstanding. Ryan, the owner kept in touch to make sure everything was going well, and made scheduling a breeze. Both of the installers, Zack and Joe worked hard to get the job done right and on time. Joe graciously put in my new cellular shades for me so that I didn't have to call the handyman. They were polite, efficient and went above and beyond! I will definitely be using this company again and will recommend them highly to my friends and neighbors!
