I would like to commend this company. We researched and received quotes from several companies and decided on this company Tyler, in sales was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional throughout the entire process.

Although, we had to wait several months, it was well worth the wait. The products are high quality and it is amazing the detail in matching the paint and stucco of the house, making the shutters unobtrusive.

I specifically want to tell you of the professionalism of the installation crew: Corey, Mike, Juan and the electrician Clayton. All of them worked very diligently at installing the hurricane protection.

Corey and Mike did the bulk of the installation at our home. They went over and above to make sure everything was done correctly.

They took extra care with our belongings that needed to be moved during the installation.

We were very impressed at how they meticulously cleaned up the work area everyday. Making sure there was only minor inconveniences during the installation process.

These gentleman are the face of the community company and should be highly respected, appreciated and valued for their work ethic.

Recently, we had Custom Storm Shutters Direct come out to our home for a hurricane shutter install for the entire home. Steve came out to our home for the estimate. He was professional and transparent during the entire process which made things less stressful. My install costs were very competitive and fair. The installers Bill and his guys did quality work in a timely fashion and answered all of my questions related to using my motorized shutter etc.

Steve the owner is man of his word and trustworthy! This company is reliable when it comes to communication and any other issues you may encounter. Thanks to the "entire" staff for a job well done.

We had a small project (2 garage windows), but Steve was very timely in scheduling a visit and getting us a reasonable quote. His timeline was spot on for delivery and install. We were very pleased with the final product and install (see photo). Mike was a pleasure to work beside as I installed the new lights over the garage the same day. I've been adding hurricane protection for all my homes openings. I planned on putting storm shutters on 13 windows and the owner, Steve, came out to go over my options and I was impressed with his knowledge of Florida's various building codes and options that will save homeowners insurance. I signed a contract and was very comfortable with the products, price and reviews and Steve came back to complete paperwork, permits, etc. I was able to afford the better option of hurricane protection windows and contacted Steve to cancel the shutters. I acknowledged that legally and moraly he could keep all of my deposit. I was impressed and pleased he let me know he would refund most of my deposit because he hadn't done final measurements or ordered material. Two days after our conversation a check arrived.
