Eric called in advance to confirm our appointment and was on time despite the rush hour traffic. Eric showed up with a lot of experience and was able to offer suggestions and answer all of our questions. Window world has a good selection of doors and you can customize them anywhere you want. The prices are spelled out in black-and-white, and there was no pressure to buy.
