Would could not be happier with the quality and installation and new look of our 21 windows & 2 entry doors. Once all the materials arrived, we were scheduled and a two man crew showed up bright and early Monday morning. Steven & Alex worked efficiently and were professionals. They took time to answer questions and discuss the process of installation, inspection and showed us how the windows work. They even cleaned up each day before leaving, we were blessed that Steven & Alex were assigned to our job! Such a pleasure working with polite people like Steven & Alex that take pride in their work.

We are return customers with Folkers and they did not disappoint! Their point man (Daren) was very helpful in guiding our selection of the windows replacement. The support/scheduling staff were extremely understanding and accommodating! We cannot say enough about our installers, Beau & Bret…they were outstanding! They operated like surgeons. Very skillful, worked with due diligence, and treated our home as if it were their own. They left without a trace that they were even here. They had to deal with plantation shutters that we had custom made and installed and I was very concerned about the removal and re-install! The installers were very understanding and accommodating, and you’d never know the plantation shutters were ever removed. They arrived on time and worked steady for two days to complete the install. We will be calling Folkers for the next phase of our upgrade. Additionally, we feel the price-point for the windows and labor is very fair, we believe you get what you pay for and we feel we got our monies worth plus!! Beaux and Bret did an excellent job. Super Professional, efficient, and they definitely knew what they were doing. They were also extremely polite. Cleaned up at the end of the day perfectly. If I ever need windows again, I’ll definitely be calling folks and asking for those two!
