Well, this was definitely an interesting ride. There were some bumps (took two visits) in the road that Rebecca and the company handled well. Overall, the job was still finished in a timely manner. The communication is top notch: texts that allows you to track the locations of the technicians, plenty of emails for appts. Overall, I am satisfied with the end product.

Now as far as the technicians: DJ and Kody, OUTSTANDING guys. Very cordial and very prompt, handled my questions well and were on top of any issues that presented to them. That explains their high ratings, they are the real deal. If needed in the future, I will definitely come back to this company if any future work needed.

From the initial quotation given to me by Shawn, the measuring team with Corey, to DJ and Cody installing them, and Bianca organizing it all, I was absolutely impressed. They have a very efficient system of communications, including a photo and name of the technician who is showing up at your home. They handled the permitting and efficiently supplied me with all the documentation. If and when I ever upgrade to Bahama shutters I will absolutely go with them!

DJ, Cody and Zac were the most polite, professional, timely, organized, hard working installers we have ever had the pleasure of working with. They arrived on time, were exceptionally forthcoming with their installation plan. Extremely gentle moving patio furniture and plants out of the way - and put everything back as if it had never been touched! They were so careful with my dog when he was in the backyard, making sure he wouldn’t wander out of the open gates. My husband and I have nothing but praise for their work ethic and job WELL DONE!
