It is immediately clear why Wheeler is considered one of the most reputable Kohler dealers in this part of Florida.

From my first phone call with Charles through permitting, scheduling, and final installation, every step was handled with real professionalism. My installation was not simple since the generator had to be set about fifteen feet above ground and required a crane. The team managed the entire project with complete confidence and skill.

Every technician who came to the property knew exactly what needed to be done. The office staff, including Jessica, Jennifer, and Becky, were consistently helpful, responsive, and genuinely pleasant throughout the process. I also want to recognize Russell, who oversaw the installation on the day the generator was set, and Clay, who guided me through the initial run, maintenance expectations, and overall setup. Both brought exceptional clarity and confidence to the experience.
