These people installed and worked on the generator that is in the home we purchased 8'months ago. Today the power went off and the Generator did not kick on. I call them and they tell me they do not do residential generators (see attached photos) then the one person tells me the manager will call me to handle scheduling an emergency visit (about 180 an hour with a minimum of 4 hours) to fix the generator they serviced 10 months ago and cleared as fully working in writing. Long story short, he never called. I hired a new company and immediately deleted this contact off my service providers.
