I’m adding to my review! Tyler and Jeremy did the install of my Kohler generator and also installed the 500 gallon propane tank! They are quite a team!! They hooked up the tank to our pool heater and generator! It was amazing how they got that huge tank in place! It was a tight area!! Tyler and Jeremy are so friendly and they are so precise when doing their job! I’m so glad I had these two guys working this project! They are tremendous workers and are outstanding and very knowledgeable of their job! Thank you!!

Nate and Hendrix did an outstanding job installing our Kohler generator. They make a great team and work together effectively, efficiently and they are so friendly. It was a dangerously hot day so I kept them hydrated with Cokes, Gatorade and water! They were scheduled for a 2 day installation but they are so efficient it only took a day!! Thank you Nate and Hendrix!!!

The entire install team from Suncoast Power Solutions was very impressive. Johnny and Andrew arrived first to prep the space, unload tools, and kept me informed during the process. Johnny took extra time to install the box recessed in the wall and it looks very clean and neat. Josh and Donnie came a bit later to work on the gas line. They were very professional and thorough. I was impressed with their idea to move the gas line inside the garage. The team cleaned up after they were finished and put my garage back to the way it was when they arrived. All 4 of these guys were friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend!!

Certified Technician Juan Hernandez was exceptional in his ability to diagnose and service my generator. He identified the issue and explained in detail. Very personal and customer service oriented. Even giving his direct number for follow up to confirm issue has been resolved. He’s the reason I will purchase a service plan from Suncoast Power Solutions over all of their competitors!

Purchased our whole house generator 6 months ago. Had our first post purchase warranty "tune up." Juan Hernandez was our technician. He was fantastic. He walked us through setting up the generator on wifi. He walked us through what would happen if power went out. He instructed us on how to turn off the generator for an hour or so if power is out longer than a day. All in all, he walked us through many scenarios that we were unaware of ..... he was extremely informative and helpful and had a very professional yet upbeat personality. Great representative for your company.
