Waters Car Wash

Excellent service and a great location at Waters Carwash on Kirkman Road. The quality of the work is consistently very good, and the place has a clean, professional image that really stands out.

I’d especially like to mention Karl for his outstanding job and great communication. Anytime you open a conversation with him, he’s always there to help, explain, and suggest the best options. He’s professional, attentive, and makes the whole experience smooth and pleasant.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality service and a team that truly cares about customers.

The service by the team was fantastic but the overall car wash and detailing center could use help. Firstly I got the shine package but my tires weren’t shine and were basically wet, there were still black marks on my car that I could wipe off with a towel that never got washed off. The detailing station has oddly placed vacuums, but a good range of products to choose from including brushes. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend getting a monthly package here.

Overall the experience was positive. The employees were very friendly. The brushes in the tunnel didn't hit my side mirrors like a lot of other car washes I've been to. They had a good selection of tools and clearly marked chemicals to use for various parts of the car. Still some bugs,etc on the car but overall a good experience.

Tay at Waters Car Wash provides outstanding customer service! She was polite, professional, and very attentive throughout my visit. Tay listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Sarah absolutely made my day! I came in just needing a car wash on what had been a rough day, but Sarah’s genuine kindness and positive energy completely turned things around for me. She took the time to really listen and explain the monthly plan options in a way that felt helpful, not pushy. By the time I left, I had not only signed up for the monthly plan but was already excited about upgrading on my next visit. More importantly, I left with a smile on my face and a better outlook on my day. Sarah is exactly the kind of person who makes a business stand out. She went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful I came in during her shift. Highly recommend asking for Sarah - she’s a gem!
