Congratulations Nick, you just came here as the manager and already are making this location lower its standards. All the staff members including former managers have known me since I’ve been a member and the main complain when you pay extra for a membership is to have the tire shine be applied appropriately and these machines never work. All the members usually let me use their little brush and tire shine to apply it appropriately to my tjres since I PAY EXTRA to have tire shine. When I approached Nick. He showed me his low standards of just pointing out with his had ask the people outside. Didn’t even take the responsibility himself to look for it instead decided to dart sitting down in his chair and SHOWED NO EFFORT into wanting to help this long time customer and veteran himself. When I asked for his manager’s phone number, he refused to give it to me. Low par customer service standards he has brought to this location in Lake Nona. The other managers were extremely helpful, they will get up out of their seat and help out with the issue right away with positive attitudes. Well NICK HAD TAKEN IT UPON HIMSELF TO LOWER THE PAST STANDARDS AND MAKING SURE HE STARTS TO LOSE LONGTIME CUSTOMERS LIKE MYSELF BUT ALSO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS. WILL NOT COME BACK SHAIN UNTIL NICK IS EITHER GONE OR TRANSFERRED . Maybe we need to bring Nick back to BASIC customer service 101. I will also will be reporting this issue with the BBB! Congrats Nick on passing on great customers to Caliber👍🏽

Just a quick note to appreciate the service provided by Angel at El Carwash. He was very knowledgeable about the different plans for getting our car washed. When my husband and I had questions he explained all the plans very well to us. best part, we noticed he cares. thank you Angel!!!

In general, this company stands out in the market because they offer many advantages, and you can tell the service is designed to provide a different and positive customer experience. Sometimes they encourage customers to leave reviews, but overall they usually deliver good value.

However, today around 7:41 p.m. (they close at 8), I went in to clean my car, and while I was finishing, two employees approached me in a very rude, challenging, and unfriendly way. They repeatedly told me that I was “not supposed to be there” and that I had to stop and leave my car as it was. Their tone, body language, and attitude were completely unnecessary.

At no point was I rude or disrespectful. I only explained that I needed to dry my car because I had washed the carpet, but even then they insisted that I leave the car as it was and “get out.” Completely unacceptable.

If this is truly the service policy for customers who enter before closing time, it would be good to clarify it. If the business is open, why am I not allowed to finish my service?

I am sure this is not a company policy, but rather poor service from individuals who clearly lack preparation and professionalism.

I ended up leaving around 8:05, feeling more like I was escaping than completing a simple car cleaning. Very disappointing and sad to have this kind of experience.

Please use your cameras and technology to monitor and correct these disrespectful behaviors toward customers.

Do NOT bring your luxury vehicle here ! Although they advertise G Wagons and Bentleys , Lamborghinis on the social media . Their equipment completely demolished my windshield on my 2025 Gwagon G63 !!!! It’s completely cracked and I will be perusing legal action after the manager Brandon forged my name on the insurance claim . He was laughing saying it’s a simple fix and completely unprofessional . This is unacceptable and disgusting !!!!
