Veteran Air, Heating & Electrical

I highly recommend this company. From dispatch, to the technician to the finance company, to the install team. My service call was Monday & by Wednesday my new unit is installed and ice cold. Everyone was incredibley polite and knowledgeable. My technician clearly laid out my options as far as fixing it ( I have known for years I need a new one as it was very old) the options were straightforward & clearly outlined. I didnt feel any "upsale pressure " Everyone was incredibley easy to work with. I love that they text u a pic of the tech. Thank you to this company for going above & beyond in customer service. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Allan from install, Elvis from finance & Jordan my service tech. You guys made this almost painless. Amazing customer service,knowledgeable and professionalism.
Jordan called today to follow up on my install ,make sure it went well and make sure I didnt have any questions & I am beyond happy with his professionalism. I cant thank him or this company enough.

Anelson Simon was very professional and we'll knowledged in the work that we had him do. He wasn't pushy on anything. I would highly recommend him for anyone that needs to get things fixed. He pointed out things that the inspector missed on the electric panel. Due to this we decided to have our electric panel upgraded along with other things. I would highly recommend Veterans to anyone that needs electrical, plumbing and heating or air-conditioning work done. They are very professional and reasonably priced.

Jacob George was very pleasant and did a great job. He was very clean , neat and did a professional job. If there's anyone that needs electrical work done he is one technician that I would highly recommend.

Jordan came out to give us options for some electrical repairs and was phenomenal. Out of the three companies we had come out, we landed on veteran’s after our consultation. Professional, detailed, and reasonably priced.
Thomas came out and did the installation and knocked it out of the park. He was respectful, efficient, and got the electric work fixed up quickly. We will only be using Veteran’s from here on out!

I hired this air conditioning company when my AC suddenly stopped working, and I am so grateful I did. My technician, Jack Lobo, was outstanding. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and it was clear he truly understands his craft. What impressed me just as much was how respectful, courteous, and personable he was, a rarity these days.

The company clearly values both expertise and customer care. In fact, I had such a positive experience that I immediately signed up for their maintenance contract before Jack even left.
