My very recent experience was very positive! I found both Paige in the office and Damon, the field technician to be prompt, very knowledgeable and most cordial! Both are great Brand Ambassadors for this company.
I did not like these guys at all. Very poor communication protocols. Did not call before arriving. Did not attempt to contact me before tearing my generator apart. Did not tell me they were leaving or when they would return to put generator back together. I found out they submitted a warranty claim almost one month after first contact with them and they received the part (a new rotor) and still had not updated me on the status of the repair THREE WEEKS LATER!. Almost seven weeks of leaving messages on their answering service waiting for their response. I found a much more reliable generator repair outfit and got the whole process completed in five days.
I called for service on my generator last Wed 7/13 and was told a tech would be at my home on 7/14 at approximately 11AM. I called the office at about 1PM and was told he was running late, she would call him and get back to me in a few minutes. I have never heard back from them despite calling and texting the office. I would highly recommend you find a more dependable business for your generator service needs.
