Derek took the care and time to explain the process of installing a very powerful and reliable generator and they also helped our neighbors in NORTH PORT to monitoring their systems and giving them and us a better maintenance plan. We can’t thank them enough for their service and their support in every aspect!!!
I would give 10 stars if I could. I had a not so good experience with another company that installed my Generac. I needed help! Derek came to my rescue! He showed up on time, was compassionate, and had the solution I needed. He is a hard and conscientious worker, and his wife Sarah could be the most caring and supportive person I have met in a long time. Derek took the time to instruct me on how to care for my generator during a bad storm, how to maintain it during long periods of use when the power is out, and how to save on propane used. The other company gave me no instructions or tips.
I have signed up for the Dealer-Managed Mobile link, and I know I am in good hands with Derek monitoring my system. Wish I had found him earlier to install my Generac generator.
