US Verticals is the BEST!!! From the minute we visited their showroom, explored, asked questions, and setup a consultation appointment, we felt heard and valued. They have a huge selection of products available (including custom designs), high quality, and reasonable pricing. Our consultation with Kevin Shaw was amazing! We have an odd window (long and narrow) that we've struggled with for over 5 years (tinted, sheers, and more, but nothing looked good). We tossed around ideas with Kevin, went back and forth, and finally settled on a solution that would solve the problem--it wasn't exactly what we had hoped for, but close enough. But before Kevin started writing up the order, he said he had one more idea. He had listened to us thoroughly and made a suggestion that gave us EXACTLY what we wanted! We can't express our gratitude enough to Kevin for listening to us and finding the perfect solution! Instead of looking at this window with frustration, what we see now makes us happy!

The team at US Verticals was very easy to work with and very accommodating from initial contact to install. They have a wide variety of window covering products that allowed us to maintain a picturesque view while at the same time maintain privacy. They offered great guidance based on their over 30 years experience that helped maximize our goals. They (I think we met most of the team) respected our house (took off shoes, organized out of the way assembly, cleaned up after themselves) and everything went according to plan during install. They even told us about a tax incentive that applied to the product and specific windows installed! Money saved. Would highly recommend them! We plan to have them back to do another install next year.

I had such an amazing experience with US Verticals. From start to finish, the service was absolutely top notch. Jason was incredibly helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about blinds, shutters, and all the options they offer. He walked me through everything with patience and made the entire process effortless. My final product turned out even better than I imagined, with beautiful quality and exactly what I wanted. I am genuinely thrilled with how everything came out. If I need anything else in the future, I will 100 percent be returning to this company. I highly recommend US Verticals and especially Jason. They made the whole experience wonderful!

US vertical is a top notch company providing excellent customer service by every staff member.
From start explaining and answering all the questions about plantation shutters,giving detail and reasonable estimate,ordering the material and holding for months till home renovation completed, exceeded my expectations.
Kevin is very professional,knowledgeable and takes great pride in installation making sure every shutter was installed perfectly.
I am so happy with quality and beautiful appearance of the shutters and glad to have found this company.

Very pleased with my new blinds, my order was completed well before promised and installation was fast and efficient.Keion my installer was on time very professional and completed installation very fast, also gave me instructions on how to operate and full warranty information.
Highly recommend if you are in the market for blinds , I will be having them back to finish the rest of my window blinds replaced.
