TLDR; They got paid then ghosted me 6 months. Bad review and they contacted me to address the review, then ghosted me.

I had my windows and patio door replaced by these clowns. They sent 2 guys who didnt speak English and did a poor install job. They kept sending back this other guy twice who also didnt speak english and could not understand what I wanted him to fix. He ripped out the window, used a Saw and put the window back, poorly. I have contacted the office several times to ask to have someone who speaks english to show up but they did once, after doing a no show TWICE on me, then shows up on the day they didnt announce while I was at work. They refused to ever come back and they left my windows not done. I see screws in the sides of the windows and 2 of my windows wont even lock! I was lied to and told they would circle back to me in 2 weeks. Its been months. I would never trust them to perform work for me ever again. All they want to do is quick install and be done with you. I would advise to stay away. Danielle and Dimitri are the owners who just subcontract it out it seems since they cant care to come themselves to address a customers concerns.

Edit: Also wanted to add Dimitri screamed at me that the customer isn't always right, so I gave him time to come by and address my concerns. Months later, Nothing. It appears they don't subcontract but have 3 guys for the entire company Plus a really nice salesmen to get you to sign.

I should have done more research instead of hiring a barely 4 year old company. I even called their corporate office and I was informed they cannot force them to do anything, its a franchise. so sorry, but for $150 bucks another location can come out and try and address ONE of my windows....for $150.... that should have been addressed during installation....

UPDATE: Daniele came over the very next day after getting this bad review. She appeared to listen to my very easy cosmetic(Slats, oh i mean TRIM was used all around the windows that were sawzalled short to cover how short they were cut and a poor adhesive job was left) and not so cosmetic (such as windows not preventing UV heat from coming through. not knowing why some windows had side bars and some didn't)

I dont know if she wrote anything down, but she said she will call the MFG of the windows and see what they can do and she will have the TRIM, around my windows redone to look professional as currently, its not. The last thing she talked to me about which she seemed very concerned about was her google rating and review. I stated I will not change a thing until they have addressed my issues after ghosting me for 6 months for easy fixes.

I stated 2 weeks would be ideal for them to come back as I would be out of the county for all of next week.

She contacted me that very same tuesday and thursday to call her while i was out of the county.

Monday: Called and left a message with her husband and a text message. No call back
Tuesday: No call back
Wednesday: Left VM this AM and called again 4pm. Asked for Danielle when her husband picked up, he said hold on, wait, whos calling? I explained who I was and was placed on hold for awhile, then i was transferred to VM.

So far, more of the same for me. My issues have not been addressed. Just more phone dodgeing.

They leave me very little choices.

THIS IS A NIGHTMARE.

Update: 11/12/2024 still no call back from Danielle from FHI installation/ecoview windows even after several calls and messages left.

The work I wanted adjusted is EASY, but ecoview windows refuses to answer and once again ghosted me.

Shared some pics to show the QUALITY or lack there of their handywork. Looks like crap. Screws sticking out and visible instead of being hidden behind trim.

This company is such trash.

They placed a response acknowledging their mistakes and promise to fix them, but I have been ghosted twice with no response EXCEPT for a text message a month later after putting out my FACTUAL AND TRUTHFUL review. They are promising attorney action instead of just addressing my issues.POS

My window project with Ecoview started out very smoothly with Demetrius and Chris at my home taking measurements and explaining the next steps.
Stayed in contact with me throughout the next few weeks via texts.

Israel and Josué the two window installers arrived on time and we walked the home together and explained the process and listened to my concerns pertaining to my beautiful wood floors and stairs.
Furniture was covered with drops as well as the old windows to minimize any dust.
They were professional and knowledgeable of their trade.

The whole project from the initial meeting to the workmanship was very smooth.
The windows look and are performing smoothly as well.
