We just had our front bay window and two sliding glass doors replaced. Marshall did a great job coordinating the installation and also did a final walk- through to ensure everything was in place. Henry worked on the final day of installation to add the bumpers and covers. Everyone was very helpful. We will use this company again in the future.
Our original 80’s doors were so rickety, falling apart and in desperate need of replacement. We received several quotes for new doors.
What struck me about Unlimited Windows and Doors compared to the rest was the reasonable pricing and NO hard sales tactics. That part really stood out to me. Arnie assisted us through the whole process. He was quick to respond to any questions via phone or email.
Installation took a day and interior trim was finished a 2nd day. Throughout the process communication with Arnie was quick and easy. Any odds and ends needing to be taken care of before project completion were handled quickly, professionally and with care.

I've been putting this off for awhile. I had a front door replaced and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a professional company. Starting off with my first contact. A young gentleman that was WAY TO EXCITED on getting my door replaced. He seemed like he was on Adderall or something. He came to read over the contract with me and could hardly read it because he was all over the place..... It took a month to get the permit, wich I'm sure is average time. But in that month the young gentle man offered that he would paint my door, since the door only came primed, or have his company do it for $300. Come to find out it would actually cost $550. I didn't know if him offering to paint my door was protocol with his company. One day I'm at work and I get a phone call from the gate of my community asking me if it is OK to let the young gentleman into the gate. I said no, I'm at work. Come to find out he was fired earlier that day and was trying to get access to my property???? So Patric took over getting my door done. He was great with words. Day of install he showed up alittle late. Introduced himself we chatted for a minute or two. As he gets a phone call and proceeds to just talk leisurely with who ever it was. Mean while we are waiting for the crew to get here. They show up 2 hours late.. They installed the door after a few hours. The install was not satisfactory to what I was expecting. You could see daylight coming in every corner of the door. The stucco on the outside was a mess. They did come out to try and fix some problems. But you can still see daylight coming in corners. I asked to speak with an owner and I was denied several times by Patric, as he said the owners don't get involved in issues like this. I'm sorry for the bad review.

The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Alex was and the rest of the team are professional, responsive, and paid great attention to my concerns and to detail. Their quality of materials are top of the line, and I feel confident and secure with the new installation. I am really happy with the final product and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable window and doors work!
I just had windows replaced in my condo and I cannot tell you how absolutely pleased I am with the results. Unlimited Windows and doors are the most professional company I have ever dealt with Alex. My sales rep was outstanding and Marvin and Jose, who installed them were wonderful. I only had an issue with my screens because the screening itself was a little loose. Henry came and he fixed it a complete gentleman they left my place in perfect order. They covered everything I have to tell you this was the most amazing experience I have had with anyone doing work in my home. I give them a five star rating.
