UDI Water

Everything was explained in great detail BEFORE they showed up at my house. I have been using this system now for about a month and some change, the difference was immediate. No smells, no calcium deposits, no toilet bowl rings, my soap actually lathers on me. Plus it actually tastes great. I see a lot of complaints in the reviews about the analysis taking a long time, yeah it does take a while, but if you for a moment just watch you can see the difference in your house water vs their filters.

The first photo is a coagulant mixed with a dye, same amount of drops in both. Left tube is my old water, right tube is the filtered water. I’d say that’s peace of mind.

You all can check my review history, I don't typically do bad reviews. I have high hopes for quality service. Especially when I'm sold at the initial product pitch. And they did just that. The right man for the job when it came to pushing this product. The attitude and attention to detail thereafter was another thing altogether. I experienced a leak from their setup a few weeks later, and these people have the audacity to act like they have never experienced this before. Basically calling me a liar and my cabinet space under the sink is ruined due to their lack of detail. The owner have the nerve to tell me the only thing he's willing to pay is $750 and if it exceeds that the rest is on me and to call my insurance. With the way they talked to me and the humiliation alone is worth more than $750. Because I trusted them to do the right thing. Thats why we ordered two systems for both our houses. And thats how they treat us. I've notified them on 5 separate phone calls, and they have yet done the right thing. The only thing they've done is place a burden of proof on me. I don't mind being recorded, but to record me without my knowledge and permission is absolutely unacceptable. Your shady business practices, unacceptable. I'm highly upset about my cabinet, I'm highly upset about the way I'm being treated, and this google review isn't enough to ease my disappointment. I won't stop until this entire region knows the truth about how this business resolve issues.

Herman came for the regular check up and took his time to investigate why my system was not working properly. He found the reason and explained the process for fixing it and the price. He also promised to come back and help the technician so the job would not take too long and so I wouldn’t be charged a lot. And Herman kept his promise. The day of the job Richard called me in advance and showed up on time. Richard made sure to understand the issue before he came by asking me questions. Because Herman had explained it so well, I was able to tell Richard. Richard and Herman worked hard and explained the process and charge to me after. They also explained what to do if I issues. Richard and Herman are excellent! I appreciate their hard work which helped to keep my cost low. I am more than happy to give them both 5+ stars.

I have had my UDI water treatment system since 1999. It takes care of iron and softens the well water. My water is much better than bottled. During these 27 years the cost of maintaining this unit and periodical service has been very low and I would recommend UDI to anyone requiring a water treatment system. It’s just the best out there and the service techs are great.
