Ronnie was very personable and pleasant. Seemed very knowledgeable. He flushed my hot water tank, which was needed for $199. The Service Call of $179 I felt was very high. It ended up that my Water softener was not at all the problem. One of my toilets was running more than usual because the chain to the flapper was kinked. It was an expensive lesson to be learned. However, flushing, the hot water tank was necessary I suppose.
Mr. Polk was very professional in his duties, seemed to have a minor problem with a suction issue, but stayed with it until it was corrected and put back together. He let me know the cost of a couple filters I had him install and everything is back to perfect operations. Please make sure the company treats him well and thanks for sending him out to us.
Joe done a GREAT job testing my water and I also had him check the neighbors as well. We have had our Kinetico system for 3 years and happy to say it's the cats meow. No problems at all and very good water. Thanks CGC.
I had a sulfur guard installed by Will he was awesome. He is very knowledgeable about the products. Also the plumbing is very clean and neat

Terry with CGC Home Services saved the day-my hot water was leaking and I called CGC and Terry was out within 30 minutes to give us options and within 3 hours we had a new water heater installed and a wealth of information. This guy knows his stuff and is a great guy to boot. I would highly recommend!
