Excellent experience with Florida Water Technologies. I have been doing a deep dive on water softeners for what feels like months now. I received quotes from all the big players as well as the smaller mom and pop shops.
Brad came out, gave me a no-nonsense quote that met mine and my wife’s needs and a price that beat all others in the area while also getting me into the stainless steel unit we wanted.
The difference in water was immediate. I tested my water myself prior to shopping and tested again the day of install. We went from extremely hard on the scale to almost 0 across the board.
The water now feels silky, luxurious, and incredibly refreshing. Our first shower today was a treat.
Our installer also was incredibly punctual, professional and did a wonderfully tidy install for our house that was pre-plumbed. Hopefully everything keeps going great and looking forward to continuing the relationship for the years ahead!

After speaking with Brad who did a fine presentation on my options, we then had Jacob install a complete new system who was such a pleasure. Florida Water Technologies did an awesome job on our water filtration and softener. From first calling and scheduling the appointment everyone was very nice. Abraham came out to give a quote and he took his time to explain everything and answered many questions that we had. He was very professional, nice and did a great job!! Then Jacob came to install. He was awesome too he explained everything and did a wonderful job installing. He was very neat and clean. We had many questions and he took all the time to answer them and did not make us feel rushed. He then went through the whole system with us and explained how it worked. We later talked with Shawna and she was very nice and helped us with a question we had. This company is what you want when going to purchase and water softener and filtration system. It is a family owned and you can tell by the excellent service you receive. Thank you all!!
I moved into a new home in December of 24, I needed a new water system, softener, filter etc as I am on well water.My daughter that also lives in Jax suggested that I use FWT,she has a new system by them too.
Shaun is the lady inside that directs all of the traffic, she got my new system, have used them once for service, once for the install and I told her that I wanted "brita" quality water in the entire house. The tech's are great people, have spoke to the owner during the sales process, all that I can say is that I am very happy with my system!! Thanks FWT!!
Florida Water Technologies was a great company to work with! They were able to get me scheduled quickly. Their work was clean and thorough. The equipment is far nicer than any other competitors I researched in the area. The water feels way better and now tastes better too!
