Twin Brothers Floors

I had an exceptional experience with Twin Brothers Flooring. Every person from Tony, Sam, Mark, Martin, Felipe, and Monique added to making this a joy. They are a detailed, professional team who take pride in the business and it showed throughout. I needed reassurance and they provided that. The team for the demolition portion right through the installation crew left a positive impression. The cleanup and communication were added pluses. Thank you all for giving me a beautiful floor that I am so proud to have.

On a scale of 1-5 we would say 7.
The sales experience was delightful and received some great advice regarding what kind of floor and even advice on color choice which we would not have considered but after brought to our attention was perfect and we love the finished product.
As for the work itself, they are a family business not a big box store. They had all the advantages of care. And concern for their business and reputation. They WANT to do the best work possible. We have had lots of work done , and can honestly say we are happy to have discovered TWIN Brothers flooring.
They have all the equipment you would expect from a large store which made the job quick and efficient.

From the sales consultant to installers of our flooring, the responsiveness, care, and attention to detail by everyone was outstanding. Every question we had about flooring choices was answered promptly, and we appreciated the helpful advice given about brands. We were beyond delighted - highly impressed with the timeliness and consistency of the install team. Most companies told us our project would be 10-14 days, and the team at Twin Brothers did it in 5!! From moving our furniture to installing, to vacuuming at the end of each day, the team we had was exceptional. When I see people work as hard as everyone worked, and with pride, it made me think, the owners of Twin Brothers are doing something special and right. I highly recommend Twin Brothers.
