JB Factory Flooring

My best purchase in 2022. The saleslady JJ was amazing, she recommended fantastic materials as well as offered me unbeatable prices and arranged the installation right after. Jose and his brother Tony and Ray came over and knocked it out in 2 days, great communications and installation skills. I compared them to Home Depot and other local companies, this company definitely stands out, they have the materials in their warehouses and they can get the work started right away.

The owners response was laughable, saying that he would never allow anyone to lay flooring over moisture! WELL HE DID ALLOW IT!!! Now we suffer the loss! We trusted him and his lies about the moisture would dry after the floor was laid. I didn’t believe him, nor did my daughter-in-law! We wanted them to stop the installation and take a closer look at the moisture issue! We are not installers, but even the installers said it would dry! We, unfortunately, believed him as well! JBFactory Flooring took my son’s hard earned money! A year later the beautiful new floor started buckling, cracking, becoming dangerous, we put tape over it and looks awful 😞 They came out…sure enough we were right! They fixed ONE area agreeing we were right. ONLY at this point did they tell us it was a problem, and that we should seal the floor! A year later is too late!! We had damage everywhere! Nothing more was done! If this company had listened to our concerns, when we had the finances to do something about it, not a year after the fact, maybe we would be happy customers…BUT WE ARE NOT!!

Huge warehouse type place. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. They will make a custom rug for you if you don't find what you're looking for. I like that...

George -- the best salesperson. This location has bamboo floors, tiles, marble, carpet.... always service with a smile. The parking lot is well-lit and ample. Ty

Excellent Customer Service, Great Pricing and Quality Product! I worked with Sandy and George recently and they were knowledgeable, patient, professional, and very reasonably priced for the luxury vinyl plank I purchased. I got a quality product that looks like it cost a lot more than it did. What a difference from the old flooring! The JB product has a padded backing. I was surprised to see my old flooring had nothing. Also worked with another woman there a year or so ago for some tile. She was also great to deal with. Can't say enough about this company. Very very pleased!
