Update: although Nate was awesome. We returned later to buy all trim and baseboards and suddenly the price had changed. Not the way to do business. And very rude to my contractor.

Their selection of moldings is excellent and the pricing is extremely fair, which is exactly what a contractor needs when deadlines are tight. Simply put, Luis is the man and Laminate City absolutely delivers. Highly recommend!
Our contractor suggested this business to pick out base moulding for our home reno. After proceeding to the back of the store, we were met immediately by Nate and he showed us the samples and gave some advice. Wow, what an energetic personable young man. The whole group back there, Luis, Nate, Joe and Poppi were all so helpful to all the customers picking up materials. Definitely recommend this business. Oh, and the price of our moulding was fair and reasonable.
My contractor and I have been in touch with LC regarding custom baseboards for an entire home for a few weeks now. After speaking with numerous people on the phone dealing with out of office delays because of the holidays, they said it was possible. We made the trip up to speak to someone in person and show them a piece. The guy I spoke to had zero customer service skills, could barely look me in the eye, and was more concerned that he was put on the schedule this weekend freaking out that he is supposed to be on vacation in Miami. He gets on the phone as I’m standing there without answers to talk about his work scheduling. At this point I’m confused and he got nasty almost if I’m inconveniencing him and goes yeah no one picked up the phone and it’s going to be “a long time” with this. An absolute bizarre experience, drove almost an hour there for our time to be wasted, and now my contractor will no longer be using LC for any of his projects.
