Our experience with our Generac has been absolutely fantastic from quote to installation. We were kept up to date and informed of every step from permitting to site visits. The crew that installed (Jordan) was meticulous, the care and precision he and his partner exhibited on our generator installation was amazing to watch. They were accommodating to our schedule and arrived on time. the site was raked up and clean, nothing was over looked. We are still pending the installation of our propane tank but we are confident that the level of service we have received will continue. The price we received was fair and in line with other vendors.
