Advanced Electric & Air came out on a weekend when my AC was not heating and did not charge me extra. I am so happy with the tech who came out and told me what needed to be done, I did expect to pay more since it was a weekend but pleasantly I was not charged more. I will recommend this company to all my friends. From my now warm home.

I just wanted to say that JP and Q just finished installing my standby generator and it was a great experience. They knew what they were talking about and were upfront with any issues that came up. Very honest and reliable people. Thank you guys.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My electric and plumbing were installed ahead of schedule which was amazing. Since then, my plumbing has failed inspection twice and there has been no urgency to resolve this. I should have been moved in to my home already, but cant pass a plumbing inspection to save my life. So now after the second failed inspection on Friday, its Monday at 4:17pm, still haven't seen a plumber and cant schedule the third re-inspection because they haven't showed up or cant answer via phone if someone has been here without my knowledge. So even if it gets done today, it cant be inspected tomorrow, which pushes me to inspection on wednesday again. I literally have to move out of my house and cant move my stuff into my home because my plumbing still isn't fixed.
If I could go back and use a different company, I would. This is absolutely ridiculous and I cant believe i'm in this situation. If I dont get my c/o this week, the kids and I will be sleeping in the car and have no where for our belongings.

They did indeed come that monday for the third time to correct the second failed inspection. They came after 6pm and not even the office called to let me know so I could let my permitting agent schedule the third inspection. The only reason I knew they came is because a neighbor saw someone at my home and called me so I would be aware.
Xavier was awesome and made sure everything was set up the way we wanted it and thank you for recognizing the military veterans. JP and JJ did the install of the Generac generator today and we’re very pleased with their workmanship and attention to detail. They let me know throughout the install what to expect next. JP walked me through the manual transfer if necessary and made sure I understood the system before he left. Great job Advanced Electric & Air and thanks for sending out such a professional crew.
