Their technician (Bobby) was punctual and ready to execute the job I had requested, which was performed well above my expectations. I experienced a frightening electrical emergency on a Sunday afternoon. Breakers kept tripping repeatedly, and when I reset them, I noticed an ominous electrical glow visible through the gaps in the breaker panel. The next reset caused an immediate trip. On my third attempt, I witnessed a visible arc flash behind the main breaker switch. No breakers tripped, but all power to the house went dead. Each reset was accompanied by loud crackling sounds and a strong burning electrical smell, raising serious concerns about a potential fire, especially with the recent cold weather making heat essential.
I contacted Sun State Power LLC in Summerfield, Florida, on a Sunday after hours. Electrician Scott responded quickly, 1 hour and 15 minutes; provided an ETA update while en route. He quickly diagnosed the problem: loose connection nuts on the main breaker switch feeding the panel. Scott walked me through his findings, completed the repair in approximately 30 minutes, and restored safe power to our home. Scott's communication was clear and straightforward, with no unnecessary technical jargon or attempts to upsell additional services.
Scott's expertise and prompt response provided immediate peace of mind during a potentially dangerous situation. We could rest easy knowing we wouldn't wake up to an electrical fire and could stay warm through the cold snap. The service was professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced for an after-hours emergency call.

I love this company! Travis the owner is very knowledgeable & responsive and doesn’t try to rip you off. I just previously had another experience with this company with the technician Bobby, he was great also! He was very thorough , respectful & kind. I’d definitely recommend this company & Bobby as a technician ! They’re also very cost efficient & has never over charged me for a service. I recommend this company to anyone who asks :) !
