I recently had the pleasure of working with Top Notch Septic, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Kyle was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and why.

The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Kyle made sure everything was clean and in proper working order before leaving, which really shows pride in his craftsmanship. It’s not often you find a company that combines technical expertise with genuine customer care, but Top Notch Septic delivered on both.

So honestly I was a little nervous trying a new company. I originally called and Gabby answered the phone so was very polite and didn't rush me off the phone like all the rest I received my quote told her thank you and called a few other company all just wanted me off the phone. Immediately called Gabby back she got me set up in a quick fast hurry. Fast forward to my appointment not only was Mr. Dennis early for his appointment , he actually took the time to answer all my questions located all my tanks and clean outs for me. Definitely very knowledgeable. Provided the best service we have had. Will definitely recommend Top Notch to everyone we know. Price is great. Service was impeccable!!

I’m a very technical customer who spends months researching before making big decisions. I learn the ins and outs of the process, the equipment, warranties, and everything from labor practices to manufacturer specs. I don’t go with the cheapest or the most expensive, I go with whoever earns my trust. And Top Notch Septic absolutely earned it.

Before moving forward, I asked at least 100 questions, literally. Every single one was answered with clarity, professionalism, and patience. The owner personally walked me through the things I couldn’t find online, explaining every part of the process with genuine care and knowledge. He even gave me his personal cell number, and every time I called or texted with a follow-up question, I got a response in minutes, or at most a couple of hours. No one does that anymore.

But here’s where things get even better.

I’m the kind of customer who can always find something wrong, not in a negative way, but because I have a sharp eye and high standards. And honestly? I couldn’t find a single thing to criticize. The two guys who came out to install the system were absolute pros, hands down the best I’ve ever seen. They’ve clearly been doing septic work for years and knew exactly what they were doing.

What stood out most was their attitude. I was out there with them every day, asking questions and even requesting small changes, like repositioning a pipe or adjusting tank direction. Not only did they accommodate my requests, they did it with great body language, positive attitudes, and total professionalism. There was never a moment of resistance or frustration, just total teamwork and respect.

I give Top Notch Septic 1,000 stars and the two installers 1,000.000 stars. This is the most satisfied I’ve been with any service in a long, long time. These guys are the real deal, professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely top notch.

Best septic company in Brevard. This guy has built a nice operation. Tim and Steve the boys in the truck that came out were flawless. Seasoned knowledgeable guys that shoot straight. I would advise anyone to use them. Thank you.

So happy that I chose Top Notch to service my septic pump out. Their name says ‘ Top Notch’
and they are! From answering questions and providing availability and price on phone to end of project. Arrived when they said they would, and performed septic pump out and explained what they did in a way I could understand. I will call them again when needed and recommend to friends and neighbors!
