Palm Bay Septic took over my aerobic maintenance and has been able to correct all of the issues from when Brian Davis Septic installed it. Our recent inspection the tech Julie came out on Wednesday 3-4-2026 and was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. She quickly found an issue that I had and was able to quickly repair it and for a decent price. I constantly recommend Palm Bay Septic to anyone who asks for a company whether its for an aerobic system or any septic service they need.

Great service just as told over the phone . Workers are very honest , knowledgeable and enjoy what they do . Treat customers with respect. I recommend them all the way . They came in as they stated over the phone date and time . Reasonable prices…. What else can I say ?… I was unaware that the property had 2 tanks and they physically showed me what inside looked like . Very informative.

The city forces you to have a company on contract, even after paying the city to have a septic service..... this company was okay for a minute.But as soon as we had an issue, they don't respond, we have called and spoke to someone we have called and left messages over the last 3 to 4 weeks promised that somebody was coming out still have not seen anyone.They do not honor their contracts. They only honor their once or twice a year septic check where they just look at your filter and put it back in and are gone in five minutes. So either you pay an arm and a leg for somebody to just come look at your filter for a second ( which you can do yourself) Because the city forces you to. Or you pay an arm and a leg and need them and get no response

No response to customer complaints. Consumer, beware!!!
We used this business in April 2022 to inspect and pump the tank for a home purchase. 9 months later, we started to have raw sewage flowing through the pipes and backed up onto the master bathroom. There was an inch of standing sewage causing damage to our floors and personal belongings. At first we called a plumber but was told there was no clog or blockage in pipes. We called Palm Bay septic to come check if there was a blockage in the tank. They came and the tank was full to the brim. After pumping, the issues are gone. According to FL DOH, tanks require to be pumped on average every 5-7 years.
Even their employees confirmed the tank hasn’t been pumped for a while. I paid twice for the same service and now my home has damage that wouldn’t be if they would have pumped it to begin with. Also found discrepancies on the inspection.
I have reached out to the business on 2 occasions to find a reasonable resolution and have not received any response. I see now that others have had similar issues with this company. I don’t expect perfection but I do expect them to take responsibility. I will be going to the attorney general, BBB and the FL DOH. No consumer should have to go through what we went through.
