I flip houses and never have purchased one with Septic Tank. I was skeptical but I did because the location is prime. I contacted SOS per some of the neighbors recommendations and their Google reviews. I was in their workers' way fascinating to see how this works. The guys were pleasant and did a good job. The receptionist called me ahead of time and all seemed to be in perfect working order. If I ever need septic services for this property, I would call SOS. Hopefully the next flip is sewer system, ha, ha.

They drained my grey water tank and we all got down on unclogging the pipe picture #2!!

Very happy with my service, start to finish. They were professional on the phone, prompt to the appointment, and had no issue replacing the bolts that the last company lost for my tank lid. I opted for the year worth of tank treatment and they explained the schedule and instructions and made sure we understood before they left. Will definitely be using them again

Called early in the morning before opening hours. Agent said they would try to get out today and would call me half an hour before coming. It was about 2 hours later, I received a call that the techs were on their way. Techs Chancey and Joshu were very professional and quick. They did an excellent job pumping out and washing out the tank and filter. They also cemented the lids to create a good seal. I'm going to be calling SOS from now on. Never had such great service. I will recommend them to everyone from now on. Thank you so much.
