I had a complete home water filtration system installed by this company in September 2024. My system is failing. I cannot get anyone to return my calls or emails or messages. My home water is contaminated with brown sludge. I have been calling for two weeks and not a single response.

REMOVEDinstalled a water system in our home. It immediately had issues. He came to our home several times to under the pretense to repair it. However, another issue would arise. He referred me to an electrician that charged me over $200 to work on an allegedly faulty outlet. Eventually, REMOVEDstopped answering my calls and messages. Not only that, but also, REMOVEDpresents as a very inappropriate human being and is clearly a fraudster. We had to have the whole system replaced due to the system that he installed flooding our backyard. Only to find out that the system he installed was not to code, was made with makeshift material, and that he damaged the plumbing.
Bob and John with The Green and Pure are the ones to call. Great filtration system, great price, installation and customer service. Had a minor issue and was out to fix it in minutes. Straight forward people. Thanks again Bob and John
Bob really knows what he is doing and stays behind his work to make sure everything is running properly. He is very knowledgeable about our filtration system and we are happy we chose PSL Water to install our system. It's refreshing to know if anything happens his company will take care of things. Great guy, exceptional company.
