Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and clearly explained their products, services, and pricing making our decision to move forward very easy. Josh was very professional and did a super job during the install. He removed our old kitchen faucet and under sink RO system and installed our new three input faucet and their RO system without any problems. See the attached photos. I would like to highly recommend the PSL Water Guy for your water filter whole house. Josh the owner is not only the owner, but the actual installer and remover of your current water filter system if needed. Josh the owner works with his wife Nancy who does the sales and salt delivery, maintenance, and of course future water testing. Another plus, the owners live right here in PSL. Another reason I chose the PSL Water Guy was his competitive price. He beat the nearest competitor by $1,000 dollars. If you currently don’t have a water filter for the entire house I would highly recommend testing your water heater to avoid future damage as I encountered with my previous half ass water filter. This is what my last water filter left. Don’t make the same mistake. Give Josh the owner a call and be sure to tell him Barb and Skip recommended you.

We had a great experience from start to finish with our whole-house water filtration and softener installation. Nancy and Josh were wonderful from the very beginning and incredibly patient in answering the many questions we had about the process and the system. They took the time to explain what was happening with our current water, what the filtration and softener would do, and why it was needed, which really helped us feel confident in our decision.

We had Josh from PSL Water Guy come and install a whole home system for us and couldn't be happier! PSL Water Guy (Josh) is a local, family owned business which we prefer to support. From the very first phone call Josh made us feel more like a friend than just a customer. He showed up on time for our initial meeting and gave us all the information, pricing up front and there was no high pressure sales pitch. Josh was able to come do the install within a few days and was again exactly on time. He and his assistant got right to work and within a few hours the job was completed and perfect. There was nothing we had to pick up, wipe down or clean up. Our water is now wonderful and chemical free!
