About 3 years ago, I had a treatment system installed by another company (which did a very good job). Unfortunately, that company was not reachable, so I did some digging to find another local company that could service my system immediately and in the future. As promised, Art called me when he was on his way. As my system has numerous connections and valves, I was lost. But Art immediately knew everything about the system and replaced the media and pre-filter in about 20 minutes. He was expert, friendly and professional. I will use him again and would highly recommend!
Called freshwater advised of the issues I was having, worked out a game plan he ran down what was needed and gave me a couple different options.
