This place is the best. Went to Lowe’s three times for the same answer. Waited for ever over there. I told my wife I should’ve just gone to ACE. I went there. I was in the store maybe one minute. Stevie walked in from helping someone else and said “who needs some help.” I didn’t ever buy anything. He helped me get to my solution. I’m going to go back and buy a big green egg from him.
Great experience last week with Ray in screening department! I took a large screen in for repair and needed a fast turnaround..2 days! They said no problem and had it done the next day!! Super nice folks from front to back of store. Ray was truly a High Five!✋️
Rod was very friendly and knowledgeable about my combo fishing pole quest. He shared his fidhing ecperience/ knowledge with me and greatly help me in making my decision. He even went so far to set up my pole bobber / leaders and hook. A true professional. I will be shopping there in the future.
Always find what I need here! Store # 16316 Thx ace! Paul & Renee really made our experience incredible. We enjoy grilling so today we made an executive decision to shop local and get what we needed! From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. Paul looked up our requests for a Treager grill smoker combo. Added a few grilling options, checked into a few other items. Renee gathered our supplies, shared her traeger experiences and off we were. This is one of the most delightful places to shop. Keeping it local! ACE Is the place to go for quality service! Happy Thanksgiving ACE & staff! We will be back!
My store is Sunshine Hardware. Kudos to the store manager for hiring the quality of people at this location. This store is not 1000% better than any other Ace Hardware, but they find 1000 ways to be one percent better. They should be a model for all the Ace Hardware stores. Competition for all brick and mortar stores from companies online make this person-oriented care from Ace their competitive edge. The folks at this store, make this a go-to location whenever personal assistance is needed.
I highly recommend this store to all my senior friends when tackling a problematic project. Keep up the good work.
