Muhammad is fantastic! Such a nice guy! Very professional and prompt! Lemonade was spilled on the family laptop and he was able to give me an amazing deal and get it back to me in a very reasonable time. Highly recommend Rosetech solutions! Don’t second guess this guy! I’m so glad I didn’t!
This company has done a lot of work for me and I've never been disappointed. I found them while looking for someone to rebuild my desktop, troubleshoot it and bring it up to date. They were so prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and personable that I have used them for many other PC and electronics needs. I highly recommend Rosetech.
We used Rosetech Solutions to install security cameras. We were pleased with the free estimate and communications about what we wanted compared to his recommendations.
They showed up on schedule and completed the job. We had to call Muhammad a couple of times due to our lack of experience with cameras. His continued support with our system has been great. He’s honest and easy to work with. You can contact him after hours and get a response when you have issues or questions.
Also had him service my laptop that I thought would have to replaced in the immediate future. It seems now it may last me for years to come!

I highly recommend Muhammad, Rosetech Solutions LLC for any technology needs you may need help or advice with. He has always been kind and helpful, and when we hired him to do some repairs to our PC and laptop, it was only after he gave us a free diagnostic, no charge! Turn around is quick (I think we got our items back the next day), and he is always in communication with you whether it is to give an update or answering a question via text or otherwise. Any time I have had a question, I've reached out and he was quick, honest, gave recommendations, and was ALWAYS helpful and pleasant. He is one of the good guys.
Muhammad has come to my rescue several times! I work from home and need my laptop on a daily basis. I don’t have a lot of downtime. He’ll pick up my laptop at the end of the day and have it back to me the next morning! You don’t find service like that anywhere, well, without a hefty price tag anyway!!
He is a very nice man and is extremely knowledgeable about everything IT. He even tried his best to make one good iPhone out of 3. They were too far gone but that just shows you he’ll try to help you save a buck when he can!
