Spiro Custom Pools

Jeff and the team at Spiro Custom Pools are AMAZING! They worked with us from start to finish to re-imagine, redesign and rebuild our entire back yard and pool. It was a very complex job and required an incredible amount of work. Jeff and his team were on top of it every step of the way. We could not be happier and the "before and after" photos show the incredible transformation. I rate Spiro a 10/10 in every aspect and give them the strongest recommendation possible!

This should be the only company that you use to build your pool! Their teamwork and professionalism were second to none. There was very good communication, updates and a full schedule that they adhered to.

They were not only willing to take on the challenge of our Unique terrain, elevation changes and extensive size of our project but were eager and excited to do it. Most other pool companies were reluctant to take on a project of this magnitude.
They wouldn’t even bid the project. 36,000 gallon pool, 4,000 sq feet of decking with challenging lighting demands, sunken fire pit, water features and 2,800 sq feet of wall tile.
We would not only highly recommend SPIRO pools but would use them again!

I purposely waited a year to write this review to provide a complete picture of my experience with Spiro Custom Pools. Long story short, the pool and spa came out exactly how my family envisioned it. We love our backyard oasis, as do our friends and family. From the beginning, owners Courtney and Jeff were easy to work with. Courtney went above and beyond when assisting my wife with our project's material and color scheme. She was very patient, professional, and polite. We are glad we went with a few of her recommendations regarding tile/paver colors.

I must admit that the permit and construction process took longer than anticipated, but after seeing the final product, I honestly believe it was worth the wait. Like all construction projects, a few unexpected hiccups occurred but were immediately addressed. At times, I also found myself frustrated with communication from the office, but Jeff and Courtney always welcomed/accepted my calls and ensured any complaints/concerns were immediately addressed.

Following the completion of the pool, some warranty issues arose but were immediately addressed upon speaking to Jeff. To date, Jeff continues to make himself readily available via email/telephone. As a first-time pool owner, I have contacted him with questions and concerns that are well outside the scope of the warranty. Jeff has been very patient and generous with his time and always follows up on my questions. Jeff has demonstrated genuine customer service, and his level of pride and confidence in his work truly outshines his competitors. I highly recommend Spiro Custom Pools.

Spiro built the pool for us and they did a fantastic job. The pool looks great, construction went by quickly, and we couldn't be happier. We spoke with a couple of pool builders but Spiro had better prices and we felt the most comfortable with the folks at Spiro. You can that everyone who works there is very genuine, especially Jeff & Courtney. Highly recommend to anyone looking to build a pool or for pool service!
